Instead of spot welds found on the OEM TRD x brace center plate which can break loose over time we Tig weld our center X brace support plate so they will never come apart and provide additional stiffness over spot welds. Here is an install process to install this struct bar. Install the right side firewall bolt first using the included longer bolt give it 3-4 turns do not tighten all the way, 2. Next install the firewall left side bolt give it 3-4 turns and last install the 4strut tower bolts using oem nuts after all bolts are on the car tighten everything down.

Follow the instruction above and you should be able to install your x brace in about 5-6 minutes. Put the 1320 brace in the oem location install the middle 2 bolts to the firewall first only install 3-4 turns only do not tighten all the way down that will give you room to line up the mounting holes. Either driver side or passenger side will have a 15-25mm gap between the bar to the chassis this is due to the stainless steel flex after welding have you buddy either push or pull the bar while you insert the bolt in to the mounting hole.

A pry bar might also be necessary to get the hole to line up correctly.
